β Citizen or refugee of an eligible Commonwealth country
β British Protected Persons eligible
β Must be a permanent resident of an eligible country
β Must hold:
First-class honours degree, OR
Upper second-class degree (2:1), OR
Lower second-class degree (2:2) plus a relevant Masterβs
β Available to start studies in September 2025
β Not previously studied or worked for a full academic year in a high-income country
β Must demonstrate financial need

β Apply through the CW Shared Portal
β Submit a separate application to the chosen UK university
β Select eligible courses from the official list
β Ensure university-specific requirements are met
β If English test not required, email university requesting nomination without test
β Universities nominate candidates to CSC
β You may apply to multiple universities but accept only one offer
