The prestigious Government of Ireland International Education Scholarships (GOI-IES) 2026-2028 are now open for applications. This program is funded by the Government of Ireland and managed by the Higher Education Authority. It offers outstanding non-EU students the opportunity to pursue Master’s, Postgraduate Diploma, or Ph.D. degrees at top Irish Higher Education Institutions (HEIs).
Each year, 60 scholarships are awarded to high-achieving international students.

🔆 Eligibility Criteria
✅ Must be a citizen of a country outside the EU, EEA, Switzerland, and the UK
✅ Must apply for a full-time Master’s, Postgraduate Diploma, or Ph.D. program
✅ Must hold a conditional or final offer letter from a participating Irish university
✅ Must demonstrate strong academic excellence
❌ Not Eligible:
✅ Previous GOI-IES scholarship recipients
✅ Russian and Belarusian nationals (currently restricted)

✅ Separately apply for admission to your chosen Irish university
✅ Upload all required documents on the scholarship portal
✅ Arrange and upload two reference letters
✅ Review application carefully before final submission
✅ Submit before the official deadline (late applications not accepted)
