🔆 Eligibility Criteria

✅ For Summer & Winter Schools
✅ Must be Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD student
✅ Must have completed at least 1 year of study
✅ Must pre-register in a course
✅ Only one course per applicant
✅ Must submit report after completion

✅ For Research & Academic Staff
✅ Must hold academic position (professor, lecturer, researcher, etc.)
✅ Postdoctoral applicants are not eligible
✅ Must stay in Estonia during grant period
✅ Duration must fall within academic year

✅ For Degree & Exchange Programs
✅ Must secure admission in an Estonian university
✅ Must belong to eligible countries list
✅ Exchange duration cannot exceed 10 months per year
