✅ Academic Transcripts (Matric/O Levels & Intermediate/A Levels) – Attested copies
✅ Graduation Certificate(s) – Attested
✅ Certificate of enrollment (if currently studying)
✅ Hope certificate (if final result is pending)
✅ Recommendation Letter from school principal/class teacher (1 original)

📚 For Research (Masters/Phd) Applicants
✅ Application Form (1 original)
✅ Mark Sheet Form
✅ Research Plan
✅ Academic Transcripts – Attested (undergraduate & graduate, if applicable)
✅ Graduation/Prospective Graduation Certificate(s) – Attested
✅ Recommendation Letter from university professor/dean or advisor (1 original)
✅ Abstract of theses (if applicable)
✅ Recommendation Letter from employer (if employed)

✅ Do not staple; use a paper clip
✅ Non-required documents will not be considered

✅ Must be willing to study in Japanese language (in principle)
