The NewNow One Young World Leaders Program 2026, supported by One Young World and Virgin Unite, is a fully funded leadership opportunity taking place from 3–6 November 2026 in Cape Town, South Africa. Selected young leaders will receive full financial support to attend the One Young World Summit (OYW) 2026, including travel, accommodation, and catering. Participants will also gain lifetime membership in the OYW Ambassador Community and global recognition through OYW and Virgin Unite channels.

The program aims to empower 10 emerging leaders creating practical, lasting impact in their communities. It focuses on shared learning, collaboration, and guidance from senior professional leaders.

• ✅ Must be 18 to 30 years old.

• ✅ Must be a national of a Global South country.

• ✅ Must show impactful leadership through practical initiatives.

• ✅ Strong understanding of key local/global issues.

• ✅ Proven track record using systems-thinking principles.

• ✅ Willingness to work collaboratively with The NewNow cohort.
