✅ Must be a citizen of a country other than Slovakia
✅ No upper age limit to apply
✅ Under-18 applicants must submit hand-signed guardian approval
✅ Applicants must not have had permanent or temporary residence in Slovakia since 2020
✅ Must not have previously studied in Slovakia
✅ Completed secondary education to apply for bachelor’s or combined bachelor’s-master’s programs
✅ Completed first-level higher education for master’s applications
✅ Must be available for full-time, in-person study
